How do I place an order?
Browse products, pick size/variant, choose a delivery date & slot, add a message (optional), and checkout. Guest checkout is supported.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in select PIN codes for orders placed before the cut-off. Available slots appear at checkout based on your address.
Can I schedule early morning or midnight delivery?
Where serviceable, you’ll see Early Morning and Midnight options at checkout. Additional slot fees may apply.
What if the recipient isn’t available?
We attempt delivery within the chosen slot and try to reach the recipient. If re-delivery is possible, an extra fee may apply.
Will the product look exactly like the picture?
Photos are reference images. Minor variations can occur due to seasonal stock or regional sourcing; the overall look and value are maintained.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe/Paytm), Cards, NetBanking, and leading Wallets. BNPL/EMI may appear based on eligibility.
Is payment secure?
Yes—checkout runs on HTTPS; payments are processed by PCI-DSS–compliant gateways with 3-D Secure/OTP. We don’t store full card numbers or CVV/UPI PIN.
Can I customize cakes/flowers/gifts?
Yes—add notes, photo prints (for photo cakes), and addons. For special themes or bulk orders, contact support before ordering.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If preparation hasn’t started, we’ll try to help with time/address/message changes. Email support with your Order ID immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
Within 60 minutes if it hasn’t entered preparation/dispatch. Same-day/early-morning/midnight and personalized items are non-cancellable once placed. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds go to the original payment method in 3–5 working days (up to 7 depending on bank/gateway). COD refunds are issued as Wallet Credit.
Do you deliver in my area?
Enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout to see serviceability and available slots. Fees show before payment.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive email/SMS/WhatsApp updates. For live status, reply to the confirmation message with your Order ID or email support.
What quality checks do you follow?
Freshly baked cakes and freshly sourced flowers, packed for transit. We may substitute items with equal or higher value to ensure timely delivery.
My item arrived damaged/incorrect—what now?
Contact us within 24 hours with photos/video of the product, outer box, and shipping label. We’ll verify and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes—reply to your order email with GST details. If eligible, we’ll issue a GST invoice.
